The challenges faced by police/ homeland security supervisors regarding the challenges faced by LBGTQ supervisors/leaders

This is a fact-based academic paper. Each paragraph must have an APA citation from an academically viable source to support what you are writing.  Quotes from your source material must be kept to a minimum. You should paraphrase what the source is saying and then cite the source. I am grading your writing, not another author that you quote.  The paper must be at least 8,, double spaced, 1-inch margins.  The font must be Times New Roman (or similar) in 12 point font.  The title page and reference section do not count to your page total, and there is no need for an abstract or a table of contents.  The paper must contain a minimum of 6 scholarly peer-reviewed sources.  The APA format will be used for the citations.
